What is your Return Policy?
No Refunds on Personalized items. All others may be returned within 10 days of delivery if dissatisfied, for a full refund, less shipping. Before returning, contact me for a return authorization. If an item is damaged in shipment, save all packaging and notify me. All packages are insured, shipper may need to view packaging.
What method of shipping is used?
All mailboxes will be shipped by Priority Mail with the USPS. All mailboxes are insured. If an item is damaged in shipping, it will be replaced. Save all packaging. I will send you an email before shipping to let you know when to expect your mailbox.
Are the mailboxes painted on both sides?
Post-mounted mailboxes are painted with the same design on both sides. Many have a coordinating design on the front flap.
How much does it cost to personalize a mailbox?
Personalization is always free of charge. Personalized mailboxes are non-returnable.
What are the dimensions of each mailbox?
Standard post-mount mailboxes measure 8 3/4" X 6 3/4" X 19".
Large post-mount mailboxes measure 8" X 10 3/4" X 21 1/4".
Wallmount mailboxes measure 6 3/8 " X 15 1/2" X 3 1/8".
Are the hand painted mailboxes weatherproof?
After hand painting, each mailbox has been sealed with 5 coats of a non-yellowing automotive spray topcoat. I recommend resealing each year. Check out my Tips page for more info on resealing.
