REFUND POLICY: Refunds are given as money back. Mailbox must be returned within 10 days, in original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping & Handling charges are $11.50 per wallmount mailbox, $12.50 per standard post-mount and $17.00 for the large post-mount. This price includes insurance. All mailboxes are shipped Priority Mail. I ship to continental US only. If you are ordering outside the US please contact me first for shipping charges.
